These diverse experiences met at one table and gave birth to the idea of a platform that understands the needs of both sides and relieves apartment owners, allowing them to finally feel peace of mind. Imagine the moment you turn the key in the lock of your apartment, knowing that in just a moment a complete stranger will step inside. Your heart beats faster. Thoughts circle around questions: Will this person pay on time? Will they respect the space I created? That was our daily burden. I, an apartment owner, and my partner, running an agency, felt the same uncertainty. Together, we learned the dark side of renting: delayed payments, dirty walls, neighbor complaints. Every time the door opened, someone new walked in — and with them, risk.

A Conversation at the Kitchen Table

The breakthrough came unexpectedly. I showed my wife the idea, a sketch of a platform that could transform the rental world. She knew it from two perspectives: as an apartment owner and as a person who values the tranquility of her home. She looked at me and said: — That would make sense. In that simple reaction, there was more than approval. It was a sign that the problem troubling so many owners could truly be solved.

The Struggle with Time and Code

Then came long nights. Days split between private life and working on the application. Lines of code blended with cups of coffee, and one thought pounded in my head: Create a tool that will first relieve me of apartment management, and then help other owners to the same degree. There were moments of exhaustion when the question “will this work?” sounded louder than the clicking of the keyboard. But step by step, with determination, we built something that was finally meant to bring relief.

The Light in My Partner’s Eyes

The real breakthrough came when my partner, a person involved in the daily problems of renting for years, looked at the platform and said: — What I do at the agency every day can finally be automated. Even if some clients give up property management in favor of the Rent2End platform, I know I will have the resources to focus on areas that bring greater benefits. Those words were like a breath of fresh air after a long run. We knew Rent2End was ceasing to be just a project — it was becoming a real solution.
